A 4-day trekking around the Ighil M'Goun massif, Morocco, with Mountain Friends.
A trip through the Central High Atlas Mountains, along a path off the beaten track, to visit the area and to experience the lives of the Berber tribes. Surrounded by the amphitheater of the Atlas mountainous, you will walk along easy paths where you will meet some tighramt (fortified villages built with traditional materials and techniques) and small crops of wheat and corn. After overcoming a pass from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the massif of M'Goun (4068 m), you will come down along the ridge of the mountain and you will procede the path following the Assif Valley (the river) until you cross the spectacular canyon of Gorges M'Goun.
