“Selvaggio Blu” trek is the most challenging multi day trip in Sardinia and possibly the best in Italy. Walking between the best sea in all the Mediterranean and limestone cliffs is unforgettable.
The trekking brings you to beaches, mountains, ancient oaks forests, huge rock arches, old typical sheep shelters, the trek follows sheppard and charcoal burner exposed routes. We'll sleep under the stars with a sleeping bag, or sheltered by caves and we'll cook our dinner, we only rely on external help for water and food supply. In many sections scrambling or rappelling is needed to pass an obstacle, Mountain Friends Mountain Guides will belay you on exposed ledges or climbs. The route is often difficult to see and good terrain reading skills are necessary not to get lost, walking on difficult terrain like scree or sharp rocks is often required and you need to be prepared!
