This is a wonderful and fascinating activity, but it requires a solid foundation of essential knowledge to be practiced safely and consciously. The guides’ task will be to teach you the fundamental skills needed to navigate and understand the different terrains typical of these routes. With the right commitment, by the end of the course, you will have learned the main movement techniques, the correct use of equipment, the rules to follow, and the behaviors to adopt for your own safety and that of others.
